Disclaimer: May I make this known, I do not own the charecters in my icons. I also do not own the original picture. Some of them were made from wallpapers, some from bases that other people made (those will be noted), some from manga scans, etc. Most of these were made with Photoshop 7.0 but there are a rare few that I just love and were made with MS Paint. Enjoy them! I won't put all of my icons here but you can find the entire collection at my icon journal.
